- I have a lot of experience with Software Hut - all of it good.
-
- First I bought a A3640 card for my A3000. After fiddling with this
- *trying* to get it to work, they took it back with no questions, but a
- modest restocking fee that could be applied to another purchase. Industry
- standard policies.
-
- I bought a WarpEngine from them with no problems, they even remembered the
- restocking fee.
-
- Every product as advertised, new, clean - everything I expected.
-
- I nearly cried when they sold out of A3000 motherboards, because I knew my
- only hope was to buy through Divine. I really dreaded that.
-
- The woman is not "retarded", however you can tell she is older and doesn't
- necessarily understand all the inner workings of an Amiga (like chips and
- motherboards). But she has always been nice, pleasant and willing to
- help.
-
- You should realize Amiga dealers are far and few. I haven't seen the
- quality of Software Hut *anywhere* since 1988. They are a hell of a lot
- better than CopperHead or Divine. Those people are like dealing with
- crooks.
